All NSC service providers have been in business for over 15 years, provide 24-hour service, have certified technicians, carry substantial inventories and represent over 95% of the manufacturers as an authorized agency. In addition, all service providers are held to a rigid set of performance standards monitored by a Performance Standards Review Committee for adherence.

The NSC was formed in 1994.
