Regency Dallas, I wanted to let you know how pleased
we are with the Bricklyn® system. Since the installation
of pizza ovens in both our three-meal restaurant
and our coffee outlet, we have
realized an increase in sales. We have also received
quite a few positive comments. Most importantly,
we have seen significantly fewer pizza deliveries
from outside companies, thereby keeping sales inside
the hotel. All in all, the Bricklyn® system has resulted
in a great solution to a historically challenging
product to execute consistently.
